The Table
A charcuterie display covering 24 square-feet of table space. Artisanal cheeses, sliced meats, and scratch pickled vegetables are paired with globally inspired dips, crisps, and candied fruits.
The Mini Table
A charcuterie display covering 16 square-feet of table space. Artisanal cheeses, sliced meats, and scratch pickled vegetables are paired with globally inspired dips, crisps, and candied fruits.
The TPT
A Texas classic featuring your choice of two smoked meats: Brisket, Sausage, Bone-In Chicken, or Pork Spareribs. Comes with our signature BBQ sauce, Pinto Beans, Potato Salad, Pickles, Onions, and Jalapeño’s plus your choice of White or Wheat sliced bread.
The Porch Fiesta
Fajitas! Choose from Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, or Combination. Served with Corn or Flour Tortillas, Beans, Mexican Rice, Peppers and Onions. Your choice of Red, Green, or both salsa’s with fresh tortilla chips. Queso and Guacamole can be substituted for an additional charge. Combination includes your choice of two meat options.
DeeDee’s Chicken Fried Steak Dinner
Mom’s scratch made Chicken Fried Steak! Served with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Salad, Cream Gravy and Dinner Rolls. May substitute sides for no additional cost.
The “Gourmet” Table
Ricotta stuffed chicken breast topped with pancetta infused cream sauce. Served with haricot verts and red-skin mashed potatoes.
The Lunch Table
Potato, Broccoli Cheddar, or Tomato Bisque with accoutrement. Select deli meats of your choice alongside bib lettuce, heirloom tomato slices, pickle spears, and sliced onions. Served with your choice of artisanal breads, and spreads. Sea Salt Potato Chips.
The Early Porch Riser
Eggs to order, fresh bacon and pork or chicken sausage. Seasonal fruit and your choice of three bread options. Hash Browns or Home-Fried Potatoes.
The South Texas Porch Riser
Mexican Chorizo, Eggs to order, Bacon, Pork Sausage, Refried Beans, Papas, and Tortillas. Served with fresh salsas.
